- Acrylic paints are used to ensure waterproof, smearproof, drop-dead gorgeous envelopes and placecards!
- In general, envelope prices are $1.50 per line, with the following exceptions:
- Colored ink (anything besides black) $35 extra one-time charge (yes, the color in which your invitation was printed can usually be matched)
- Envelopes with full, opaque lining $1.00 extra per envelope
- Dark colored, highly textured (as in moray pattern) or shiny surfaced envelopes, gold or silver ink, and any other unusual situations minimum $1.00 extra per envelope
- Two weeks are required to complete the average job. Faster service subject to a 25 - 50% rush charge.
- Last minute changes:
- Changes and additions to the list are accepted until I call the customer to arrange for delivery (changes to envelopes already completed will be charged as additions). If there are any changes or additions after this point (job completion) there will be an "Encore Charge" of $20.00 in addition to regular prices. This charge covers revising invoice, re-mixing paints and re-set-up time.
- A 50% deposit will be due upon job acceptance. Balance due upon job delivery.
- Minimum order $50.00
- Placecards are minimum $2.00 each ($3.00 for two names). Since there are so many different kinds of place cards, pricing will vary. One week job time.
- Sales tax is not applicable to envelope addressing, however placecards are subject to sales tax. If you are exempt or have a resale number please let me know in advance and provide a certificate for my files.
Please provide me with: a complete typed list, envelopes plus 10% extra, and one copy of the invitation set. The list should be worded exactly as you would like it to appear on the envelope, including spelling out abbreviations if so desired. Accepted etiquette suggests that the inside envelope bear the titles and last name only, plus "and Guest" or "and Family" where needed (those should not appear on the outside envelope unless there is no inside envelope). If you wish the inside envelope to be different than accepted etiquette, or if family or guest is to be added, please indicate exact wording next to outside envelope information. For example:

Please proof read your list carefully before giving it to me and check the envelopes upon completion. If you find mistakes which are due to an incorrect list or handwriting interpretation, I will have to add an encore charge (see above) of $20.00 to regular prices, for corrections. If the errors are mine, of course I will correct them free of charge.
